We have no "clue" at this point, but you can bet it will be true to da
kats usual; sort of ordinary and lacking creativity. Hope
something "pops" soon.

Dang it, Carole, we always LOVE Kool Kats boxes!!!! They are
always fun AND creative. I love that waterskiing waterdrop! And
I was showing my old logbook to someone yesterday, and re-enjoying
the Firehouse stamp. Feeling lucky to have it, as it is gone now.

I have retired the Healdsburg Quartet, they kept going missing. I
have salvaged the one box that survived. Isn't it just Murphy's Law that
when I replanted box 1 (everything brand new replacements), I thought,
I'll magnetize this to a mailbox, that should keep it safe...and they removed
the whole mailbox!!!!! ARGH!!!! Needless to say, that wasn't the box that survived.
At some point, I may scout new locations and start over, but not any time soon.

I am hoping to join everyone on the 7th, and will probably bring my own
lunch and sometime minimal (sweet?) to share.

Thanks for the kind words, Kel. You are too sweet. Actually, Old
Landmark Box is still available. It was recarved and placed in a
more permanent place at the beginning of the year.

Our Able Was I Ere I Saw Elba box is missing now. We will probably
re-do it, as well, since I like the story of the "Battle of
Waterloo" being so close to home. It should be an improved image
since it was our first letterbox and carving. We have learned a
little more about carving since then.

Before reading this post, I was just discussing with Gary Kat how
our boxes are usually off topic or theme for the events. How does
that saying go? "Marching to the beat of a different drum." That's
us!!
